The Alliance Française is an organization that within the framework of the Francophonie promotes all Francophone cultures in the world.

It is in this context that the AFSCV is pleased to invite its readers and members to visit a country little known in the African Francophone West: Burkina Faso. Where a member of the Board, Bernadette Theisen, regularly visits and documents the life in total immersion in a small village.

Thanks to this direct experience, readers will dive into the life of this village. They will share the daily life of the inhabitants that the universe will seem very distant to them but eventually they will be closer.
